I, _______________, hereinafter referred to as 'participant') agree to participate in the RealCart University Case Study Program in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. I acknowledge and agree that any customization provided to me as a part of this program is provided to me FREE of charge and I can use it accordingly on my web site.

2. RealCart University reserves the right to post the instructions participant receives during the case study and retains full right to publishing of said instructions in the form of an 'on-line course'.

3. At some point in the future RealCart University may choose to charge a fee to view these courses. Such fee shall be the sole property of RealCart University. The participant shall not be paid any of these funds nor will he or she be entitled to any income as a result of participation in the Case Study program.

4. RealCart University reserves the right to display participant's shopping cart (or identical facsimile thereof) as a part of the courseware and participant gives RealCart University unconditional right to use said facsimile any way it sees fit without payment of royalty to participant.

5. Participant shall hold RealCart University harmless from any claim resulting from the use of such FREE customizations. RealCart University cannot and will not be help liable for any interruption of business or any inability to use the RealCart software.
